Hi, I’m Sarah Webber.

I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LISW-CP) based in North and South Carolina. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Simmons University and have been in practice for the past eight years. Reaching out for support takes courage and curiosity—and by being here, you’re already taking an important first step. Life brings all kinds of transitions. Some arrive as exciting waves of growth and opportunity, while others can feel overwhelming, uncertain, frightening, or simply hard.

My Approach

My approach is holistic, somatic-informed, collaborative, and person-centered. That means the focus is on your strengths, your body and mind, your story, and what matters most to you to bring more centered, purpose, and joy into your life. My goal is to help you cultivate greater balance, meaning, and joy in your life. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

“I’m excited by somatic, trauma-informed approaches that help you reconnect, heal, and regain balance in mind and body.

Why I do what I do

I believe each of us is capable of change, even when we feel stuck or overwhelmed. This drew me to mental health work, helping individuals feeling trapped by trauma reconnect with themselves. My practice is trauma-informed and somatic, emphasizing the mind–body connection, which trauma often fragments. I’ve supported people in acute crises on a COVID-positive inpatient psych unit from the start and busiest years of the pandemic, and worked with individuals living through and recovering from Hurricane Helen, experiences that strengthened my understanding of resilience, healing, and the power of compassionate, grounded care.
